WHAT ARE YOUR YOUR GOALS?
I want to become the best I can be in the ring as a fighter ? & out of the ring as a mentor and/or inspiration to younger mindsets ?
WHAT CLASSES DO YOU ATTEND?
I attend Beginner to BEAST 4 days a week which is has been one hell of a journey so far! And I’d do it again if I could! ?
WHAT DO YOU LIKE MOST ABOUT DF.GYM?
To be honest.. it’s the people, the trainers & the energy you feel the moment you step inside that gym! It’s very welcoming but at the same time it can be vicious - I love vicious ?

WHAT ARE YOUR GOALS?
(Rebecca) - My main reason for returning to training was for some ‘me time’, and to strengthen my mental well-being and reduce anxiety. It took me a long time to start training again and I only wish I did it sooner.
Having reach these goals so quickly my goal now it to gain fitness and core strength in hope to reduce the likelihood of injuries. Also to train consistently for a clear and healthy mind.
(Harry) - To be Muay Thai State Champion like coach Dirk ? @dirk_cummings
WHAT CLASSES DO YOU ATTEND?
(Rebecca) - The 9:30am class works perfectly for my ‘me time’, right after school drop off!
(Harry) - Junior Muay Thai (3-4 times per week)
WHAT DO YOU LIKE MOST ABOUT DF.GYM?
(Rebecca) - It is obvious that everyone that walks in the gym is important! Every class runs smoothly and professionally and at the same time I have always felt comfortable and in a friendly environment
(Harry) - Learning all the new moves like grappling, spinning elbow and kicks, and making lots of new friends ?

Hmmm, after first coming to the gym totally unfit, I shed a bucketload of weight and working my way to be fit, healthy and strong, so now I aim to maintain my strength and fitness, practice to master Muay Thai and become fighter fit and ready, ???You never know I may want to jump into that square ring one day and fight for real. Watch this space. ?

WHAT DO YOU LIKE MOST ABOUT DF.GYM?
Well that’s easy, it’s filled with loads of fantastic fun down to earth people. Everyone is encouraging and everyone is welcomed and accommodated for from beginners to absolute beasts.
I love the community feel about the place and the fact the trainers are for real live, experienced fighters and know their stuff.
It’s my happy place, it sparks joy. ???

To be strong, fit, and a positive role model for my three girls. My main reason I started was to be mentally and physically fit for this years Marlin season.

I started going PT’s with Patrick (@the_fight_academy) about 5 months ago
WHAT DO YOU LIKE MOST ABOUT DF.GYM?
I just love the DF gym. The trainers are so supportive and easy to get along with. Everyone I have met have been so lovely. Patrick has had my back from day one with my goal and has pushed me to my limits. I thank you so much.. DF Gym Frosty ☃️

My goals are to be and maintain a strong, fit and healthy lifestyle. Training consistently helps me have a clear mind and control anxiety.
I have a pretty stressful job at times and being able to come and hit some pads after work is a great stress release.
WHAT CLASSES DO YOU ATTEND?
I attended all classes. I started doing the kick boxing fitness and cross training classes then I joined in on the Beginner to Beast program for a challenge and I loved it! Since then I’ve been doing the Muay Thai fighters class and been having a great time.
WHAT DO YOU LIKE MOST ABOUT DF.GYM?
The people are fantastic. Everyone is high energy and happy to be there which is infectious. DF.GYM is also on the fitness passport which is super convenient for me.

Tennille works hard day-in-day-out at the gym and her effort doesn’t go unnoticed! She is a valued part of our team and is currently working her way up in our Muay Thai Fighters Class. Thanks for being awesome Tennille! ?

Primarily strength and fitness. I have done strength training alone for a while, but there is so much more to train in the body than muscle strength: bones, reflexes, balance, flexibility, coordination and knowing how to move efficiently. I started martial arts because I though just lifting weights lacked all these other areas that need training too.
WHAT CLASSES DO YOU ATTEND?
I go to the Muay Thai fight academy classes on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and every second Monday; and the Kick/Cross class in Saturday.
I also use the open gym 3 times per week for strength training.
WHAT DO YOU LIKE MOST ABOUT DF.GYM?
What I like most about DF.Gym is it's community. I love how intense the classes are, but it's the mateship with the coaches and other attendees that make me want to give everything I've got in each session.
